Hi guys!! I’m Courtney, owner of Birmingham Wax Bar located in the Phenix Salon in Birmingham, AL. I’m a licensed esthetician with 7+ years of waxing experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% of your total service is required to book an appointment. Rescheduling/ Canceling/ changes to your appointment MUST be made 24 hours before your appointment time otherwise forfeiture of deposit may occur. All first time “no-call, no-shows” will be required to pay 50% of your service. If you “no-call no-show” more than once you will be responsible to pay for the full service before making a new appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please text me ASAP. 205-522-2999 Please DO NOT shave, use removal cream, or trim within 2-4 weeks prior to you appointment. You need 1/4 of an inch of hair growth equivalent to the length of a grain of rice in order to perform your services. If you show up to your appointment and did so, you will be expected to pay for your service.
